Arsalan is also the CEO of Grand North Education Inc. Born and raised in Hong Kong, George Pannu is the Senior Director - Asia Pacific Region at Grand North Immigration Services.
He accumulated vast experience in customer services by working in various departments with Cathay Pacific Airways that was named as “World’s Best Airline” multiple time during his tenure. George then realized his dream to be an entrepreneur when he opened several hotels in Hong Kong under Pannu Hotels Group, including Canada Hotel, Mira Inn, and many others. The most rewarding moment for George came in 2015 when Canada Hotel was named “Winner at Gold Circle Awards, Hong Kong & Macau Region” at the prestigious Agoda Awards.
George holds a Professional Diploma in Immigration law, Refugees, and Citizenship studies from CDI College, Ontario, Canada.

Mansoor Hasan, Business Head - Middle East and North Africa (MENA)

Mansoor Hasan is the Business Head for Middle East and North Africa (MENA) at Grand North Immigration Services.
Mansoor has 24 years of leadership experience within the financial sector of various countries including GCC and Middle East Capital markets. Has consultative and advisory experience with investment management departments, product planning and mapping of financial solutions, companywide and division-based change management, compliance, and controls. Mansoor has also managed institutional and retail money in excess of USD 2 billion as a fund manager, setup wealth management and investment advisory department from scratch and mentored multiple teams. Has C-suite interaction with multi billion-dollar firms. Mansoor also acted as lead project manager for the client and sat across the table with Mckinsey & Co, Booz & Co, CSFB, Bain and Co.
He holds a MA in International Finance from University of Westminster, London, UK, a MSc in International Finance from CERAM, Sophia Antipolis, France, a BBA from Cyprus College, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Rupinder Singh, Senior Manager Service Delivery and Operations
Rupinder Singh is the Senior Manager - Service Delivery and Operations, entrusting more than 13 years of industry knowledge and experience from one of the leading banks in the UAE. Has a proven record in improving performances, services, and operations. Apart from the customer front he has also managed and delivered numerous projects and budgets to deliver cost-effective solutions while leading talented customer service teams. Has a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices/methodologies, current innovations, and future benchmarks and trends. His excellent interpersonal skills and experience working alongside people with different cultural and ethnic backgrounds has given him an edge professionally and strengthen his people management and leadership skills.
